Neither rain, sleet, nor fainting host shall keep me from my hired duties.
That appears to become the QVC motto, as host Dan Hughes stored directly on selling kids' computer tablets even while guest host Cassie Slane was clutching her chest and keeling over right alongside him.
Slane had an on-air medical emergency Sunday when she given out beside co-host Hughes on the show "Sundays with Carolyn and Dan."
Kids love tablets. They love having fun with tablets, they love the games, Slane stated before mumbling incoherently and tripping into Hughes together with her hands at her chest.
Your camera cut off to a go of the tablet device, as Hughes stored directly on selling, while Slane had been assisted to her ft.
Your camera came back to the pair and Slane selected support where she left off, but soon began slurring her words again, where time the camera again cut away, and Hughes accepted: "Cassie's getting just a little problem."
The storyline includes a happy ending as Slane tweeted later: "Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Feeling better today."
A QVC repetition stated she experienced a "brief fainting spell," and was now doing fine.
Another QVC host, Carolyn Gracie, acquired for Slane, and authored to one of the show's Facebook fan that: Cassie is okay now, thank heavens! She'd a few fainting spells because of low bloodstream sugar. Poor factor. She's this type of nice girl.
It had been Sloane's second on-air collapse, as the same factor happened throughout another QVC segment this year.
